二 | 文旅康养方面，以碛口古镇、大东沟—北武当山、杏花村等重点景区为支柱，以100余个乡村旅游重点村为支点，串点成线、连线成面，差异化推出新业态、新场景、新体验，全面提升文旅产业竞争力。数字经济方面，抢抓人工智能发展机遇，加快布局Token经济、AI漫剧、OPC产业等新业态。

三 | 　　第二个课题，就是资源型城市更新。

四 | 这是践行人民城市理念、提升城市发展能级、回应群众美好生活向往的关键举措。将以“双品质”城市建设为总牵引，重点在五个方面夯实基础：　　一是在品质城市建设上夯实基础。
