　　《今日俄罗斯》报道称，别尔哥罗德州州长表示，据初步统计，受伤人数已升至19人。有俄媒报道称，该事件中有人死亡，多人被困在废墟下。截至莫斯科时间12日12时45分，官方暂未给出具体伤亡人数。

　　报道称，别尔哥罗德地区已经拉响了“导弹危险”警报，提醒居民注意人身安全。

　　另一方面，建筑物倒塌现场的搜救行动受警报影响，已两次中断。

　　俄国防部稍早前指出，乌军使用“圆点-U”战术导弹、“赤杨”和“吸血鬼”火箭炮对别尔哥罗德市居民区发动袭击，俄军摧毁6枚导弹和6枚火箭炮。一枚被击落的“圆点-U”导弹残骸击中了这栋居民楼。

　　乌通社称，乌克兰国家安全和国防委员会官员安德烈·科瓦连科表示，“摄像机拍摄的视频里没有显示坠落的物体，因此，目前俄罗斯关于(以色列)国防军炮击的所有指控都是不真实的。”该官员还强调，这种情况看起来像是“俄罗斯的挑衅”。
